My family and I came to stay at the Lodge for the very first time this past weekend. We are from NY so when looking up points of interest in Michigan Frankenmuth jumped out at my wife and I. When we arrived the city was so beautiful and I could not believe how friendly everyone was. The only thing that I found to be disappointing was when the front desk clerk told me you had a business center and come to find out it was only one computer (very slow) in an office right off the main lobby. Besides the office not being open past 5 pm when I went to use it on Sunday morning it was very slow and would not load my boarding passes I needed for my families flight. I became very frustrated and was very upset, if you are going to have a computer for guest use for one have in available 24 hours a day and have it at least be able to load my email. The poor girl that was working in this office (Tina) was so helpful and friendly even though I was not. She allowed me to use her computer which I hope does not get her in trouble so I print my boarding passes and get on my way. I did apologize to Tina since I was very upset and rude to her when she tried to help me. She was so pleasant and was so willing to help no matter what. I hope for my next visit maybe you would make a computer available 24 hours a day and maybe get an updated one. We do hope to come back soon and thank your staff for being so wonderful.

    New Yorker!
    Mark & Tia
