The Bavarian Inn Covered Bridge built in 1979 has some great features which make it a wonderful spot to take a photos. There aren’t that many wooden covered bridges in Michigan, the next closest being at Greenfield Village called the Ackley covered bridge. For more information on our Bavarian Covered Bridge click here (http://my.net-link.net/~michaelf/zehnders.htm).

29 DecAnother day at the Bavarian Inn Covered Bridge. While waiting for the Bavarian Inn shuttle to come across the Bridge to see if I could capture it while moving, (not so luck) I spotted a squirrel just above me that I thought would shake things up. Still shooting at the Covered Bridge. Hope you enjoy.
The photos below were set up as 8×8 squares.

Hopefully everyone had a wonderful Christmas, I know we did. We had some wonderful people here at the Bavarian Inn Lodge and some great Motorcoach groups as well. Hearty dinners at the Bavarian Inn Restaurant on Main Street, comfy beds at the Lodge and lots and lots of Holiday cheer. Now we look forward to a great New Year.
Now its time for our photo feature, the Covered Bridge connecting us to the and from the Bavarian Inn Restaurant and the Bavarian Inn Lodge. We are slowly making our way from the Lodge, past Frankenmuth River Place on our way to the Bavarian Inn Restaurant. But for now, we are making our way across the Covered Bridge with a side view.

Merry Christmas to everyone on this glorious holiday. We hope that everyone has a wonderful day enjoying family and friends during this Christmas. We felt that this photo feature represents Christmas the best. If you have been over to Frankenmuth River Place recently, you may noticed this located on the East side of Frankenmuth River Place. There is also an additional photo to represent Christmas dinner, to be shared among Family and Friends. Be thankful for today and be thankful to others and remember Christmas is about spirit and soul and family cherished moments. Gifts are just a bonus of love. Again, Merry Christmas to all from our family at the Bavarian Inn.

24 DecChristmas Eve, what a wonderful time of the year. Christmas shoppers out everywhere still trying to get last minute gifts. In another aspect of Christmas Eve, we have guests at the hotel enjoying family time together and celebrating Christmas Eve and Christmas Day with our family at the Bavarian Inn Lodge. Even thought we are unable to have our traditional large Christmas trees in ours lobbies this year for reasons that we were unable to control, we still have decorated them the best that we have the ability. Here is a sampling of the large upside artificial tree we have in the main lobby Front Desk area. Join us in starting a new tradition, as this coming year, we celebrate 25 years.
Now here is what this tree looks like zoomed out a bit:

Today’s photos are another tour of the Bavarian Inn Lodge. Inside the Front Desk lobby area we have giant upside traditional German tree decorated all the way around. Here are a few photos of the decorations from that tree. Plus a bonus photos of other decorations in the lobby.

This is the final tour of the Bavarian Inn Restaurant Christmas trees. There are so many more to photograph but no time to keep adding more and more decorated trees. We hope you have enjoyed the tour around the Bavarian Inn Bavarian Inn Restaurant Christmas Trees.
